   Actually this is a flood control system, not a sewer. It channels the water to a river instead of flooding the city.

    There is a Film that was shot in this location. But its more surrealistic.
    Its called “Marebito” and i’m not shure if there is only used the fascination of this “sewer”(or whatever) or is it the real location, where they were shooting the film….
